If you are not satisfied with your VitalQuiet™ Night Kit, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a return.

How to return

• Email support@vitalnotesdaily.com with your order number.
• We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. The product price is refunded; original shipping ($14.90) is non-refundable. An optional Extended Protection Plan purchase is refunded in full when the kit is returned.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
